Our program allowed him to rank his staff according to his prefenences, assign areas to each staff member depending on where they lived and where the would travel to, and assigned the jobs they are able to perform.
Now when parties come along his staff gets an email when it opens to their rank. This allows his "A Group" to see the event on their calendar before his "B Group".

It's always been a hassle for Bob to schedule umpires for the Little League games. With lots of games each season and the need for umpires high, umpires were hard to schedule.
